7-Point Vehicle Inspection — Export Quality Guaranteed

We inspect every vehicle at two critical moments — once after sourcing and again before shipping — so you receive exactly what you paid for, with documented proof at every stage.

Two-Stage Inspection

Inspected twice. Verified end to end.

No other exporter checks your vehicle at two independent stages. Here is how it works.

1Post-Sourcing

Inspection After Sourcing

Once a vehicle is sourced from a dealer or auction, it is transported to our facility where a certified inspector performs a full evaluation before any payment is finalized.

Full 7-point mechanical inspection

Engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electronics, body, interior

OBD-II diagnostic scan

Full module scan with error memory readout and sensor verification

Photo & video documentation

100+ photos and video walkaround shared with the buyer

Vehicle history verification

Odometer check, service records, accident history where available

Pass/fail report issued

Clear pass or fail determination with detailed findings

Outcome: If the vehicle passes, it proceeds to our export pipeline. If it fails, we reject it and source an alternative — at no cost to you.
2Pre-Shipment

Inspection at Port

Before the container is sealed and loaded onto the vessel, a second independent inspection verifies the vehicle's condition, confirms all documentation matches, and ensures it is ship-ready.

Pre-loading condition check

Full exterior and interior walkaround confirming no new damage since sourcing

Container loading supervision

Inspector witnesses and documents the entire loading process

Photo & video at port

Time-stamped photos and video at the port before container sealing

Documentation verification

VIN, export docs, bill of lading verified against the vehicle and order

Container seal confirmation

Seal number recorded and shared with buyer for tracking integrity

Outcome: Vehicle is photographed, loaded, sealed, and documented. The seal number and loading photos are shared with you before the vessel departs.

Why Two Inspections

One inspection is not enough

Catch issues before payment

The post-sourcing inspection identifies any problems before you commit funds. If the vehicle does not meet standards, we source a replacement.

Prevent transit surprises

The pre-shipment inspection ensures no damage occurred during domestic transport and that the vehicle is properly secured for international shipping.

Documented chain of custody

Time-stamped photos and video at both stages create a verifiable record from sourcing to departure — essential for insurance and dispute resolution.

Independent accountability

Both inspections are conducted by qualified inspectors independent of the sales process. No conflicts of interest.

Our guarantee

If a vehicle fails either inspection stage, we do not ship it. Period.

We source an alternative vehicle that meets our standards at no additional cost to you. If we cannot find a suitable replacement within 14 days, your deposit is fully refunded.

This guarantee applies to every vehicle we export — whether it is a $3,000 used sedan or a $120,000 luxury SUV.

FAQ

Inspection questions answered

How long does each inspection take?+
The post-sourcing inspection typically takes 2–3 hours for a thorough evaluation. The pre-shipment inspection at port takes approximately 1 hour, including loading supervision and documentation verification.
Can I be present during the inspection?+
Due to facility access restrictions, we cannot host buyers for the full inspection. However, we provide comprehensive photo and video documentation at every stage. You can also request a live video call during the inspection if you would like to see specific areas.
What happens if the vehicle fails the post-sourcing inspection?+
We reject the vehicle and source an alternative that meets our standards at no cost to you. Our sourcing team begins searching for a replacement immediately and keeps you updated throughout the process.
What happens if the vehicle is damaged between the two inspections?+
If the pre-shipment inspection reveals new damage (sustained during domestic transport or handling), we document it fully and coordinate repairs or a replacement before shipping. All transit insurance claims are handled by our logistics team.
Do you inspect EVs differently?+
Yes. For EVs, we add battery health diagnostics (SoH/SoC), charging system test, thermal management check, high-voltage cable inspection, and OTA system verification to the standard 7-point process.
Can I request additional inspection items?+
Yes. If you need specific checks beyond our standard 7-point inspection — such as a compression test, leak-down test, or paint thickness report on specific panels — we can arrange this at cost. Contact our team for details.
