1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cargration's website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Cargration provides vehicle sourcing, inspection, documentation, and export logistics services. We act as an export intermediary between Chinese vehicle suppliers and international buyers.

3. Pricing

All prices listed are FOB (Free On Board) prices in USD. FOB pricing includes the vehicle, 7-point inspection, export documentation, and port loading charges. Destination-side duties, taxes, and clearing agent fees are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is via international wire transfer to Cargration's corporate bank account. Deposit and balance payment terms are specified in each individual FOB contract. Vehicle shipments are not booked until full payment is confirmed.

5. Inspection & Warranty

Every vehicle undergoes a documented 7-point inspection before export. Cargration does not provide post-delivery warranties. The inspection report accurately reflects the vehicle's condition at the time of export.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Cargration is not responsible for delays caused by port congestion, customs inspections, or force majeure events. Real-time tracking is provided for all shipments.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cargration's liability is limited to the FOB price of the vehicle. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of profit, customs penalties, or import regulation changes in the buyer's country.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Beijing.
