What is covered
Our 30-day mechanical confidence warranty covers manufacturing defects and inspection accuracy.
Engine & Drivetrain
Coverage for manufacturing defects in the engine block, transmission, and drivetrain components for 30 days from delivery.
Inspection Accuracy
If our 7-point inspection misses a material mechanical defect that manifests within 14 days, we cover the repair cost up to $1,000.
Documentation
We guarantee all export documentation is accurate and complete. Any corrections required due to our error are covered.
Shipping Integrity
If the vehicle arrives with damage caused by improper loading or securing (documented by pre-shipment photos), we coordinate repairs or compensation.
What is not covered
These items are excluded from the mechanical confidence warranty but may be covered by transit insurance or the manufacturer's factory warranty.
- Normal wear and tear (brake pads, tires, wiper blades, battery)
- Damage caused by improper use, modification, or neglect after delivery
- Issues arising from failure to perform recommended maintenance
- Cosmetic imperfections disclosed in the pre-shipment inspection report
- Damage occurring during shipping by sea — covered by transit insurance
- Vehicles purchased "as-is" with disclosed defects in the inspection report
How to file a claim

Document Review
We review your claim against the pre-shipment inspection report and shipping documentation.
Resolution
If approved, we arrange repair reimbursement, replacement parts, or coordinate with your local mechanic.

Our team follows up to confirm the resolution and ensure your satisfaction.
Factory Warranty
Many Chinese manufacturers offer a factory warranty that transfers to the exporter. We provide you with the manufacturer's warranty documentation if applicable. Coverage varies by brand and model — contact us for details on a specific vehicle.
